Government Success Index - Nov-09

IPSC has developed a specific tool for measuring the public evaluation of the activities of the Government. The tool, known as Government Success Index, is designed to be conducted quarterly for measuring up to 14 domains of the activities of the Government of RA, to develop several indexes shown the progress country-wide and in different regions. Here you can find the survey presentation of the first GS Index survey, conducted in Nov-Dec 2009. The sample of 1600 respondents covered 19 cities and 47 villages countrywide.

Media Preferences Survey

In June-July 2009 IPSC has launched a massive survey in Yerevan and 12 cities of Armenia with the total sample of 3000 households on the topics of media preferences, TV channels ratings and media utilities availability of the families. The survey has been ordered by Telemediacorol CJSC, a GfK licensed company for media measurement in Armenia.

Solid Waste Management Survey

In February-March 2009 IPSC has conducted an extended research on solid waste management issues in Yerevan by the order of Fichtner (Germany) under the World Bank development project. 1450 residents of Yerevan and 400 representatives of commercial enterprises have been surveyed.

Yerevan City Mayor Elections Survey

In April-May 2009 IPSC has carried out a number of polls on the electoral ratings of political parties and party leaders for the Yerevan City Mayor elections of May 31, 2009. The surveys have been conducted in all 12 communities of Yerevan with the representative samples calculated based on the the community inclusion. The innovative ElectraTM Model has been used to calculate the results, with absolutely accurate predictions and results.
