IPSC has developed, adapted to Armenian market and successfully implements the worldwide well-known tool for measuring the activities of the governments and power authorities - Government Success Index (GS Index).
Government success index is a method of social research, which is based on combination of qualitative analysis of current state and tendencies of pubic attitude towards the government, its activities, transparency and the overall satisfaction of the state of affairs.
Currently IPSC is conducting GS Index survey 4 times a year. The main purposes covered by the survey are the following:
- to identify the level of overall satisfaction from the government activities
- to evaluate the success of various state institutions, agencies and ministries,
- to identify the weakest points in the government activities,
- to measure the level of trust and its modifications during time period,
- to calculate government-society distance index
Based on the results of the surveys IPSC is providing consulting and recommendations to interested decision makers.
