Hovhannes J. Grigoryan
CEO
The idea of establishing IPSC has been born out of long and complicated sociological biography of Hovhannes. Having studied in Yerevan, Moscow and Frankfurt, having worked for local and international research companies, he has observed the strongest need to purify sociological research and to fill the gap in the modern society between the opinion carrier and decision makers. In a way, IPSC makes people be heard, their opinions be considered. Hovhannes aims at gathering a distinguished team, motivated and professional enough to carry out the above mentioned mission.


 
Anna Lalayan
Project Manager                                                                    
Having worked since March 2007, Anna showed an example of classical career growth in the Institute starting up from an interviewer, then doing fieldwork coordination, data coding and recently moving from the position of Qualitative Research Manager towards Project Manager. Most of the surveys implemented in IPSC are planned, coordinated and delivered by Anna.
Her skills and high sense of responsibility make the project management circle run smoothly and in line with core values of IPSC.

 
Luiza Gorginyan
Fieldwork Manager                                                                    
Having graduated from Yerevan State University of Economics, faculty of Marketing Luiza has been employed by IPSC and is responsible for Fieldwork management. She is keen in sample calculation, fieldwork design and implementation and preliminary quality monitoring of the data received. Her knowledge and expertise in sampling methods allow IPSC to organize and implement fieldworks with highest confidence level.

 
Hakob Matevosyan
Data Manager
Having graduated from Yerevan State University, faculty of Sociology Hakob has been employed by IPSC and is responsible for Data management. He combines the jobs of questionnaire designer, statistician and reporting assistant.
His excellent skills in SPSS allow IPSC to provide statistical analysis of collected data with maximum reliability. Hakob has been recently nominated a PHD Scholarship in Theory and Methodology of Sociology.


Gayane Asatryan
Quality Control Manager
Having graduated from Yerevan State University, department of Social Work, Gayane has a very long and profound experience with international charity organizations. On her last job she was responsible for quality management and ISO certification. In IPSC she is responsible for Quality Control. All the data collected from the field is carefully monitored and controlled by Gayane and her assistants. Her sharp eye and sociological  scene allow IPSC to collect data with highest quality standards.


Hasmik Arakelyan
Qualitative Research Manager
Having graduated from Yerevan State University, department of Sociology Hasmik has a long and experience working with IPSC.


Samvel Manukyan
Economic Data Analyst
With a long-lasting experience in surveying and data analyses Samvel joint IPSC in June, 2011.


Vahe Galstyan
Sociologist, Data Analyst
Vahe is employed by IPSC at the position of Data Analyst and is responsible for preparation of analyses and final reports of implemented surveys and researches, as well as she participates in different levels of researches.  He has graduated Yerevan State University , department of Sociology and before joining IPSC has worked in several companies as a sociologist and market specialist. Excellent skills in SPSS, data analyzing methodology, excel tables, power point presentations make his input utmost valuable for the Institute.


Arman Mkrtchyan
Accountant, Lawyer, HR Manager
Multifunctionality of Arman has been observed since he has joint the team. Capable to prepare contracts, to calculate taxes and to organize the human resources flow - he gives valuable confidence to the whole IPSC allowing the team to organize effectively its activities. With Arman in the team IPSC is sure that all the taxes are paid, all the contracts are prepared in timely manner and IPSC is eager to face auditing soon.


Margarita Gevorgyan
Office Manager, Team Assistant
Joining the team in September 2011 Margarita is responsible for IPSC office to be efficiently organized and prepared for all the tasks it is designed to implement.
Margarita is the one you will meet at IPSC first and who will greet you with her gentle smile.
 

Taron Galstyan
Technical Aide to Director
Graduating from Yerevan State Engineering University of Armenia Taron works in IPSC as the Director’s technical aide as well as field coordinator during fieldwork implementation days.  As an information management specialist he has a remarkable input through his professional skills for provision of information security and data confidentiality, which are of crucial importance for any research institution, and even more for IPSC.
